As a young girl, Sarah Chapman dreamed of being a singer. Growing up in northeastern Alabama, she traveled all over to watch live music and attend bluegrass festivals. The Martin guitar she still plays was a gift at age 16. Some of her fondest memories include parking lot picking with musicians where she risked stepping over the line and offered up tunes that blended country and pop songs with bluegrass instrumentation. Sarah finds inspiration in the music of artists Alison Krauss, Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves, Lee Ann Womack, and Val Storey. There's no denying it: she loves music and has a passion for good songs. All of Sarah's music has one thing in common: real heartfelt emotion in the tradition of authentic bluegrass and country artists. She is one of the newest and freshest female bluegrass voices on the rise and is gaining popularity through her debut single video, "Angry Weather" and album, "Winnebago".

"A Little Past Little Rock,"  charted at #6 on Bluegrass Today, and the song "There Is A Reason" charted at #4 on the Bluegrass Today Gospel Chart.. Recently, "Angry Weather" has seen chart action as well.

Winnebago is now available for purchase at her website WWW.SARAHCMUSIC.COM and on all major streaming outlets.
